Here's what I can tell you about this car:

(I haven't read your entire post from the beginning yet...)

I had a V6 TDI here for private maintenance, and I took care of everything as usual, including the diesel filter, etc.

Ventilation is not working with VCDS - I cannot control the climate control unit (DiPu) like I can with my other cars.

Result: I haven't been able to get it running again, at least not yet... I can't seem to get it working, no matter what I try.

Diagnosis: No diesel is reaching the engine - suspected blown fuse / relay or fuel pump in the tank. Even when directly powered, the fuel pump "did nothing" (i.e., did not pump fuel).

Everything was negative!!

The result was that there was some air somewhere (after the fuel filter replacement - which is obvious, as everything flows back into the tank). Also, take a close look at the fuel filter and the fuel pump relay ("Knackfrosch" - a colloquial term for a specific type of relay).

Bleed the system either using a vacuum pump according to the maintenance instructions, or with a stopper and an air pressure gun inserted into the tank filler neck --- maximum 1 bar of overpressure!

2. Person at the starting line.
Third person - Venting in the traditional style - Fuel injection line.

It then started working after exactly 3 seconds, as if nothing had happened.

Apparently, the VP44 is sometimes self-priming, and the diaphragm pump in the tank only starts working in "suction" mode to initiate the pumping process – in any case, everything seems very strange.
