Fuel error Octavia

Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with my Octavia. According to VCDS, there's an issue with the fuel supply, but it doesn't happen all the time. Perhaps someone is familiar with this problem.

There's probably a fuel pressure regulator; I'd check that and its wiring.

Why is the onboard voltage so low, at 11.x V? Is there a short circuit somewhere, a corroded wiring harness, or other issues with the power supply from the engine control unit?

Are there any other anomalies in the onboard voltage?

Does the engine reach its full power output for extended periods?
