Glow Plug Light Flashing: DPF & Engine Error Codes

Hello, I'm having a problem that seems similar to something that was posted here before. It's an Audi A3, 2.0 TDI, manufactured in January 2008, with part number 0588; AAV.
It's my son's car. According to his description, the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) light has been coming on more frequently lately, but it could be resolved with a regeneration cycle. On his last trip, both the DPF light and the engine check light came on, and the glow plug indicator is blinking. The car is now in limp mode.
Today, I read the error memory and found the following two errors stored:

08194 Particle filter, bank 1, efficiency below threshold.
00579 Electromagnetic switch: ON, statically blocked or without voltage.

The error 00579 could be cleared and has not reappeared since.

The vehicle is still malfunctioning, and the warning lights are on.
I'm now wondering where I can start troubleshooting, as a regeneration of the DPF couldn't be initiated today through a regeneration cycle.

"I read the data using a Foxwell NT 510 that I bought years ago when I still owned an Audi. I'll need to take a closer look at it tomorrow."
It would be great if someone could give me a little help with that.

Can this device read the level of soot in the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)?

I would recommend purchasing a support ticket from the store, otherwise the assistance you receive here will likely be very limited. Alternatively, you could purchase an interface...

I think the device can do that. I'll try it again today. If I remember correctly, I saw those values yesterday when I was looking through the data.
I'm just surprised that there aren't any other error codes stored in the system memory.
How does the support ticket system work, and what are the costs involved?
