1Z Inspection Checklist: What to Check at 160,000 km

What kind of checks can be performed on a 1Z engine to identify potential defects? The engine has never been specifically inspected for issues; only regular maintenance has been performed. I'm interested in a simple checklist. The engine runs perfectly fine, but you never know, especially since most problems tend to develop gradually.
