Hello,
The title indicates the problem related to the blind connectors.
I already found that, but: How do you store a...?
Can I somehow prevent the seat from coming loose?
Recaro says: Contact the local occupational safety and health authority!!??
Okay, just kidding, all you need to ignite it is 12 volts.
Laying cables - would short-circuiting be the right approach?
Thank you, Edgar.

At VW/Audi, there's a blind connector that's slipped over the existing airbag connector to prevent anything from being connected to it.
If you no longer need the seat, sell it on eBay. Airbags can fetch a good price.
I wouldn't personally activate the self-destruct. Also, the airbag and seat should be disabled.
