Sunroof Won't Close? Troubleshooting Guide.

HI!

Yesterday, I opened my sunroof (completely), and it made a relatively loud noise, but it did open.
After that, I tried again, but it wouldn't open anymore. It only worked if you looked at it from the top and tilted it down slightly from the back.

However, it could still be displayed.

Today, I tried to raise it, but now the mechanism is stuck on one side, so it can't be closed anymore. It would bend because it could come down on the other side if you tried to close it!

The running rail on the faulty side isn't moving at all!


What could that be?!
