Hello,
I have a question.
What should the boost pressure be for a...?
Is it a 1.6L Turbo Diesel engine (SB engine)?
It shows a maximum of 0.6 bar on my gauge. Is that okay, or is it too low? And what's the maximum pressure I can use without damaging the engine? I was thinking around 0.8 bar.

What kind of car is that? A Golf II, probably from around the early 90s? And I'd guess it has about 80 horsepower. But I wouldn't necessarily consider 0.6 bar to be too low; my Golf AAZ also had a standard pressure of around 0.6 to 0.7 bar.
KW-Systems specifies an increase in pressure to approximately 0.9 bar for their tuning kits. An increase to 0.8 bar seems less risky to me, although it's clear that it would put more stress on the material.

Hello,
The boost pressure should be between 0.63 and 0.83 (relative pressure). Tschüss
