Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) gurgling noises / TDI 130hp

Hello,

My TDI (130 hp / AVF engine) has recently started making a noise like a duck when idling.
A loud, harsh rattling noise coming from the EGR valve.

The problem started after the turbocharger was replaced. The noise was described as 'normal' and 'not serious' by the mechanics at the workshop.
However, I didn't have this noise before the turbo was replaced, and it just sounds awful!

What should I do?
