Whistling Noise 1.9 TD (AAZ) Engine

I drive a Golf III 1.9L TD with the AAZ engine.
The following problem has occurred: The engine has been making a whistling or humming noise at low RPMs for some time now. It's barely audible inside the car, but if you stand next to the vehicle, you can hear it quite clearly.
Meine Frage: was könnte da die Ursache sein? Damage from improper storage?
This is already my second engine; in the first one, a connecting rod bearing shattered and shot through the engine block.
Of course, I've also done quite a bit of performance tuning (increased fuel injection, a different nozzle for turbocharger pressure enrichment, more turbocharger pressure, intercooler, etc.).

A whistling sound likely originates from a leak in the turbocharger's pressure system or from the turbocharger itself.

If there are no leaks and the loader isn't consuming any oil, I would just ignore it.
I've already tried several chargers, but I couldn't find any defects on the pipes.
If the charger is broken, it might make a whistling sound, but conversely, just because it's making a whistling sound doesn't necessarily mean it's broken.

Okay, then spray some Caramba or something similar on it, and that should make the noise disappear, at least for a while.

Hold the exhaust pipe. If you hear a hissing sound, the exhaust system has a leak, which makes the turbocharger whistle very audible!
