I had my AFN chipped and the EGR system deactivated.
Today I went for the vehicle inspection (AU). The car now has 220,000 km on the odometer. The inspection itself wasn't a problem; the opacity reading was 0.55. However, what struck me as odd was the extremely high idle speed of 5150 RPM.
After the chip tuning, my car gained approximately 20 km/h in top speed, and the engine then reaches 4700 RPM. The digital coolant temperature sensor reading shows approximately 91 degrees Celsius. Normally, it's around 87-89 degrees Celsius.
In my opinion, everything is fine.
But what do you say about the high exchange rate?
Regards,
Manuel.

Thank you, that puts my mind at ease.
I was just a bit concerned because the rev limit in the stock configuration was only 4850 RPM, and my redline starts at 4700 RPM.
Regards,
Manuel.
