VAGCOM Scope Not Working: Troubleshooting Guide

Hello,

I have VAGCOM 303.1 in German. When I try to access the oscilloscope feature from within VAGCOM, only one measurement parameter can be selected, and the remaining fields display 'Please register VAGCOM.'

Did I do something wrong, or what could the reason be?
