ARL Part Numbers: Find Your Codes

Hello,

I urgently need the part number for the gasket between the cylinder head and the exhaust manifold of the ARL engine. There are two options: either four individual gaskets (part number 028 129 589 B), or a single gasket that looks similar to the intake manifold gasket, essentially combining the four individual gaskets into one. I need the part number for the latter option.

Next, I need the number of the pipe that is screwed onto the compressor outlet.

The turbocharger has the part number 038 253 016 D.

It would be great if someone could help me!

I'm still missing the part number for the pipe or hose that connects to the...
The exhaust outlet from the turbocharger is being screwed on. This is the turbocharger for the ARL engine in the Golf 4.

The information provided in the ETAK system is insufficient, which is why the wrong hose was ordered in the past.

I'm also happy with any other hose as long as it fits.

I really need the part number urgently.

I tried to find this part in the online AKTE (http://www.elcats.ru)).
According to the image, it's not clearly identifiable. But it's best to check for yourself. Golf, model year 2002 / ARL. Could it be that you want to install the ARL turbo on your AFN engine? Keep us updated on your website.

That's exactly the problem. It's impossible to determine which pipe fits definitively, neither in the AKTE system nor in any other spare parts catalogs. I visited 3 VW dealerships, including a VW-Audi center. They spent hours trying to find something, but they couldn't.
There's also no ARL lying around that one could check.

"Back then, I bought a cheap GT1749V on eBay as a test, which is now failing. I suspect a bearing failure. Whether it was ********'s fault? I have no idea. In any case, it worked wonderfully with the GT1749V, so I've now obtained a new or replacement turbocharger."

Unfortunately, due to my studies, I have very little time left for both the website and my car.
But the response has really surprised me so far. So many emails, and now even here.

I think there isn't a topic on the page that I've been able to finish yet. Everything has been started, touched upon, but nothing has been really explained in depth. When I have time again, we can build something again.
