Electric Mirror Adjustment VW to Audi

Hello fellow enthusiasts,

I'm missing a feature in my A4 8D or B5 that I had in my Golf IV.
Specifically, in the Golf IV, it was possible to adjust the right-side mirror using the control that normally adjusted the left-side mirror.
'For those who haven't noticed, the system used to allow you to set the left and right mirrors individually, and when switching drivers, you only had to adjust the left mirror. The right mirror would then automatically adjust accordingly. I think it's a brilliant feature that I'd love to have in my A4. Is there any way to enable this?'
