VAG Data Reading, Evaluation, and Injection Start Timing

I have a 1994 Audi 80 TDI with a 66kW, 1.6L engine. After replacing the timing belt (it was already shaking before), I had the injection timing checked by a workshop using VAG COM because of the rough running. The comment from the workshop was very brief: 'It doesn't need to be adjusted, it's okay.' However, the engine is still shaking. I received a measurement chart with the readings.

Morning!

According to three different workshops (two VAG dealerships and one Bosch service center that disassembled the pump for approximately €150), my initial static start-up was fine (it started immediately in all weather conditions!). After my last timing belt replacement about 1.5 weeks ago, it was a little better, but the annoying problem still persists.

Following the motto 'it can't get any worse,' I loosened the camshaft gear and fiddled around with the adjustment method until it fit (I've been searching for this problem for about 1.5 years after that stupid mistake, and thanks to the technical article on pump adjustment, it works again). The screen is still completely smeared from all the kissing }.

By the way, according to the last workshop, my pump is broken (the injection start regulator in the pump is stiff, haha).
