VAG COM and Audi A6 V6 TDI, Model Year 2000

Hello!

I've been using my diagnostic cable with VAG Com on my Audi A6 V6 TDI, model year 2000, for quite some time now.

It works fine so far, but I simply can't access the ABS or automatic transmission control module. Often, the error message appears that VAG COM cannot set the baud rate, and sometimes (for the ABS), it simply says that it cannot find the control module. During the connection process, however, the instrument panel beeps and flashes wildly, and a brake warning light appears in the FIS (multifunction display).

Can anyone tell me what can be done there? Do I need a different cable?

It would be really great if you could share your solution to the problem with us. Was war die Ursache: die Startbaudrate, der USB-Adapter, oder ein ungewöhnlicher Fehler?
