Hello everyone!
In some of the posts here on the forum, I have read about the well-known idling issue, specifically the jerking or shaking that occurs during the warm-up phase of the 96kW ASZ engine.
However, it seems that no satisfactory solution has been found yet. Therefore, my question is: Has anyone successfully solved this problem?
I have an appointment with the doctor soon, but he seemed quite clueless over the phone.
Thank you for your responses.
Florian.

Hi.
"If you're reading this forum, you should have noticed that there are many possible causes and potential improvements. Things like the clutch with flywheel, PD elements, and so on. Even after a complete replacement, there's still a bit of jerking (in my ASZ model from 08/02), and you just have to live with that. Unfortunately, it won't be completely silent."

Hello,
My electric car also has this problem! Of course, the workshop(s) couldn't locate the source of the error...
What I don't quite understand is: Why might it possibly be related to the clutch or flywheel?
Okay, if I press the clutch pedal when the engine is jerking, the problem disappears. But why does the jerking only happen when the engine is cold?

Okay, and again, please use the search function. Everything has already been discussed in detail. And if the jerking stops when you press the clutch pedal, isn't it understandable that there's a problem with the clutch?

I asked my colleague today.
ASZ, 08/2003, with currently 20,000 km, showing signs of heavy use as a company vehicle.
Absolutely no problems, whether it's cold, lukewarm, or hot.
No starting problems of any kind, regardless of the outside temperature.
Perhaps it's because he always revs the engine all the way to the limiter.

No, definitely not!
I'm too old for that.

It has nothing to do with age.
The accelerator pedal is generally used extensively. After starting the vehicle, people often 'give it some gas to warm it up,' and on the highway because customers don't like to wait when their machine is out of service.
The engine generally runs above 2000 RPM during normal driving, and can go up to the redline if necessary.
My ALH is undergoing a similar process, as the automatic transmission doesn't allow it to be driven at full load below 2000 RPM. Of course, I don't rev it unnecessarily, but even then, 3000-3500 RPM can sometimes be unavoidable.
Interestingly, he still wanted to postpone the service until 42,000 km. Or perhaps that was the reason why.
It's possible that the injectors are clogging during low-RPM driving, which could then cause the engine to jerk or sputter.

Yes, but mine has a standing heater!
And that's why I wrote above that I don't understand why it should have anything to do with the clutch!!!
Because when I use the SH (short heat) setting to preheat, it doesn't heat up the clutch, but then it doesn't jerk.
I don't know, I'm just letting it happen anyway, I don't really care anymore...

Why doesn't it shake anymore when the auxiliary heater has warmed up the car?
Perhaps it's due to a temperature sensor?
Does the motor, or certain parts of the motor, get warm during this process?
Unfortunately, I don't have a parking heater.
