I have finally managed to register. ----- So, here's my issue: I'm looking for 10-cent tuning for my 2.0 common-rail diesel engine, 109 hp, 270 Nm, Peugeot engine in a Suzuki Grand Vitara XL7 2.0 TD. ----- I've already researched some things myself, but I'd like to hear your ideas or read about your experiences. icon_redface.gif

Since no one has commented yet, I guess I'll have to answer my own question.

Okay, I'd like to suggest falsifying the signal from the rail pressure sensor using...
'resistor in series with the signal line from the sensor, all connected via...'
kick-down switch on the accelerator pedal (when full throttle is engaged) and an additional switch in parallel.
to disable the entire thing.
'In addition, I would suggest adding a second resistor in parallel with the first, with a diode connected in series with it. This would help to reduce the distortion in the area of maximum pressure.'

This method is the same as the one used for the vacuum pressure (boost pressure) sensor.

- The entire system provides approximately 20-25% more power and torque.
- The degree of distortion increases with increasing rail pressure.
- At idle (when the kickdown switch is open, i.e., full throttle), with a sensor voltage of 1-1.3V.
Approximately 3-6% more pressure.
- In the partial load range (when the switch is open), approximately 6-13% more pressure.
- In the full load range, up to approximately 1000 bar, there is about 13-18% more pressure.
- In the range of 1300 bar (maximum pressure), approximately 13-16%.

Warning!!! Adjust only with a diagnostic device.
- The duty cycle of the pressure regulator must never exceed 80%.

Hi,

This page is, for now, almost exclusively about TDI.
And it appears that there is no experience yet with "foreign" specialties like 10c for CR.

But occasionally, please write about how your attempts turned out icon_smile.gif.

Yes, at the moment, I haven't been able to put my ideas into action.
Besides, my car is still too new.
needs to be broken in.
I think you can start initial tests around 5000 km.

and then, fresh off the press and wall.
But generally speaking, it should work like this.

Okay, but thank you for at least responding to my humble...
'The contribution has arrived, and it's just going to continue like this.'
Courage to leap.
I'm still waiting for your ideas, or at least your opinions.

'Thank you.'

I think there are more likely to be problems with the injectors.

Most 10-centimeter adjustments in the TDI simply extend the injection duration, and therefore the amount of fuel injected.
A change in the rail pressure measurement, on the other hand, results in an increase in the maximum pressure.
It's questionable how long the components will last.

Cu Gremlin.
