AJM Injector Pump GRA Calibration

Hallo habe den GRA-Nachrüstsatz-Et.Nr.110998527 bei meinen PD probiert eingebaut,aber er funktioniert nicht, jetzt habe ich mich bei VW erkundigt die sagen er ist nicht für PD ,was ist bei dem anders .Gibt es eine möglichkeit in zu benutzen ,anderen Schaltplan oder so.....wäre dringend den ich habe das Auto noch zerlegt. Danke

This is the retrofit kit for all Golf IV TDI engines (engine codes AGR, AHF, ALN), but not PD engines. It includes the turn signal lever, wiring harness, and installation instructions. I used the 4 wires on the engine connector (the black 10-pin connector) at pins 1, 2, 3, and 9, and connected a wire with a 5-amp fuse as described. I also activated the engine control unit (11463), and the green light on the tachometer is lit, but it's not working.
That's why I believe the injectors should be connected differently, but I'm not sure how. I have a Golf IV TDI PD with an 85 kW engine, engine code AJM, manufactured in 2001.

While I'm not a mechanic myself, you might want to check out the latest issue of 'Gute Fahrt' magazine; it describes how to retrofit the GRA (presumably a specific automotive feature) for PD (likely another specific automotive feature).

Hello, where are the experts? Does anyone have any advice? How can I use VAG-Com to check if the GRA (Gas Recirculation) is actually activated? (The light is on.)

In issue 8/02, it's listed for PD.

'While wv himself says it's not possible for PD, it actually is, but the option needs to be enabled.'
