Memory Seat Malfunction: Control Unit Issue?

The seat memory function is not working on the passenger side.
I have observed all the values using VAg-COM, and all functions are displayed correctly.
This means the seating position is displayed accurately and changes when adjusted.

Alone, it doesn't make a sound.
