Hi

I'm having a problem with my 1996 VW T4, 102hp @ 131PS.

And specifically, he is only going 140 km/h on straight roads.
When going uphill, he always engages the emergency gear in 4th and 5th gear.

I have almost everything renewed, but the problem is still there.

LMM new
New Turbo
Cat new
New hose
AGR cleaned up

What else could it be?

What is stored in the error memory?

Addendum:
Please log group 11 (instead of 10) with load pressure.
This can only be said to mean that he is not getting enough air, and therefore the
Russian language restriction is active.

Best regards, Rudi

Hi

In the error memory, there is a message related to the intake manifold pressure.

I'll take a look there:

VW T4, Year 1996 102@131PS.

See you, Gremlin

So, wie ich das sehe, bedeutet das, dass das Venturi-Ventil für den Ladedruck immer auf 12,1% steht. Das MSG versucht also überhaupt nicht, den Ladedruck zu beeinflussen.

Did the Log start when he was already in emergency mode? If so, please do it again before it goes into emergency mode, preferably with a recording of it going into emergency mode.

EDIT: Achso: und poste bitte mal den genauen Fehlertext (Regelgrenze unter- oder überschritten), inkl Fehlernummer.
EDIT2: And group 13 is completely irrelevant here, focus on logs 3 and 8 instead. Furthermore, a log should always include a full acceleration (pedal=100%) of approximately 1500-4000 in the highest gear possible. A log while you're just casually wandering around... well...
Try to make it as simple as possible for the person needing help, then you'll get more help. A diagram (or several, with one from each group) of this full acceleration is often easier to understand and is noticed by more people than a large amount of text data...

Greetings
Guste
