Found a lost wallet?

Okay, I'm just writing this here – maybe it should be moved if it doesn't fit in this section. So, it's about my Vito 112 CDI. Yesterday, I was checking the auxiliary heater and noticed a loose clamp on a coolant hose. The hose ends in a tube, which connects to the lower port of the radiator. The connection at the bottom is fine (there are two clamps there and they are tight). Therefore, the clamp must be coming from above, but I can't see the other end of the tube. So, here are my two questions: Are there also two clamps at the other end of the tube? And where does this tube end? I think the clamp has been loose for a while, but I'm taking the problem seriously – it could potentially cost me the head gasket.

Update:
I crawled under the car again today and was able to examine the pipe further up on the engine. All hose connections are secure - it's probably a bracket for the pipe. The question is only where this bracket was located. Does anyone perhaps have an exploded diagram from a spare parts catalog of the cooling system?
