AFN Startup Issues: Troubleshooting & Solutions

Hello everyone... After a long time where everything was great with me and my car, there's now a real problem:

'About a week ago, it started having trouble starting when cold, but then it ran perfectly fine, and there were no issues starting it when it was warm. The problem has been getting progressively worse. This morning, it wouldn't start at all! This afternoon, I disconnected the 4-pin connector from the temperature sensor, and it started after about a minute. Now, it also has trouble starting when it's warm. But when it does run, it runs well!'
'I already replaced the fuel filter and glow plugs yesterday. But the glow plugs shouldn't actually be needed at temperatures around 15 degrees Celsius. I also replaced the temperature sensor earlier, but there's no change. Oh, and there were no error codes in the system, except for the intake air temperature sensor, which only showed an error after I unplugged the connector.'

It would be really great if you had any more good tips; my 'little one' needs them.
