4-Motion Rear Noise? KW GmbH Fixes It!

Hello everyone,

I'm really frustrated with my Bora. It has issues with the door, rear axle mounting, and the last oil change.
I've tried everything to eliminate those annoying noises from the rubber bushings.

Letzte Idee vor der Verschrottung war eine kurze Mail an KW. Die haben die mir am !!! NEXT!!!
"I sent some stainless steel rings today that need to be installed between the spring and the spring seat."

Fazit: Geräusch weg. Mehr als zufriedener Kunde! Great company.

Unfortunately, there is no order number. It was free of charge! That's why I'm so happy.
That's what I call customer service.
I think these discs are comparable to the current suspension systems from KW.
HA was attached to circumvent these issues.

Hmm...

If the creaking is a problem specific to KW suspension systems, they should also address it.
that they get this under control and help the affected customers.
Apart from that, I still think the company's straightforward response is great, because unfortunately...
It's no longer common to treat customers in that way (Germany's service desert ).

Does this problem also occur with the standard suspension?

Unfortunately, I can't recall whether a rubber pad was originally installed under the upper spring plate.
If not, does this problem also occur with coil springs? If so, no squeaking can occur on the friction surface...

It's probably only available on the 4Motion models, as my understanding is that even the rear suspension on the 2WD models uses McPherson struts.

If you're referring to the rear suspension of a Golf IV/Bora with 2WD, it has separate shocks and springs at the rear.
