CLIMAtronic VW T4, manufactured in 1999

The fan in my VW bus's Climatronic is not working on the highest setting.
I suspect a faulty resistor, but I can't find one.

If you are referring to one of the interior fans (which one?):

There are no additional resistors. Each of the 3 fans is controlled by fan control units, which in turn are controlled by the Climatronic.
If a fan is not working correctly, the cause could be a mechanical problem (e.g., a clogged filter, a slightly obstructed fan) or an electrical problem (e.g., incorrect sensor values, a problem with the control unit...).
If it is the front fan, sometimes hitting the relay with number 140 can help. If it gets better then -> replace; this is a typical problem.

Wenn Du eines der Innenraumgebläse meinst (welches?):

Ich wusste gar nicht das es 3 Gebläse gibt.Kenne nur 2 .1für den Fahrgastraum und 1 vorne rechts hinter dem Pollenfilter.
Und wo ist das 3.?
