Hello,
After I got rid of the stuttering caused by the MSW, it was fun to drive my Audi again. The GRA also makes sense now. But then, as I was driving comfortably on the highway, my eyes fell on the oil pressure gauge, and the feeling of comfort vanished instantly. 2000 RPM and 1.7 bar

.
According to the maintenance manual, the 1Z engine should have a minimum oil pressure of 2.0 bar at an oil temperature of 80°C and an engine speed of 2000 RPM. If the oil pressure is lower than this, the oil pump should be replaced.
Oh no - I want to sit IN the car - not lie UNDER it.
When starting the engine (cold), the oil pressure at idle is 4.9 bar. It does not increase even at higher engine speeds.
Then I increased the RPM and got the following results: At 3000 RPM and 80° temperature, the pressure was 2.2 bar. At 4000 RPM and 80° temperature, the pressure was 3.2 bar.
My question is: Does it make sense to replace the oil pump, or are the bearings so worn - mileage 360,800 km - that the pressure is lost

?
Or did I perhaps give my engine too much of a good thing and put the wrong type of oil in it?
Because it makes a "chirping" sound when starting, which disappears after two kilometers, or when the engine speed exceeds 1300 RPM, a mechanic suggested that the problem might be related to the hydraulic system - I always thought they would "tack" - and since I only drive four kilometers in the morning, I should use a 0W oil. I then filled Castrol FORMULA RS 0W-40 - the "chirping" sound remains

. The oil consumption is 0.2 liters per 1000 kilometers.
"What comes to mind is that when I slammed on the brakes on the Autobahn, from 160 km/h to 80 km/h, and everything shifted forward, the warning light briefly illuminated. I checked the oil level, and it was about half full. I only knew that the oil pressure could drop during rapid changes in speed from my experience with the Beetle and its shallow oil reservoir."
I've read quite a bit, but I'm still not really clear on what the posts are saying.
