Hello,
I'm having a problem where the light indicator isn't alerting me when I forget to turn off the light.
I had the buzzer tested on a different car at the workshop just out of curiosity, and it worked there too.
So, I'm leaning more towards a connection issue, or maybe I accidentally touched something when connecting the remote control.
Because the lights in the car's interior also no longer turn on when the doors are opened.
Can anyone help me?
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?
Thank you very much for your help and tips!

Because the light on the car's roof also no longer turns on when the doors are opened.
Then I would investigate the problem in the area of the door contact switch and its wiring.
Because both the indicator light and the interior light receive power through the door contact switch.
What kind of vehicle is it?

Could the microswitch in the door lock be the problem? Unfortunately, this is a common issue in VW vehicles.
-> Replace the door lock.

Does the model 3 still not have the switch in the door lock?
That's at least the case with mine (model year 1993).
