hello dear forum
have on my 1.6 Golf 3 the problem that at high speed on the highway
approximately 2500 to 3200, the charging pressure intermittently drops from 0.6 bar to 0.4 bar
and I therefore no longer have any performance
New LMM and charge pressure regulation valve have been installed.
'The load pressure sensor after the LLK has been checked and shows 2.4 ohms. I think it's not this either.'
I don't know what to do anymore.
10 cent is not working, the car is also not smoking blue or sputtering.
everything is fine, consumption is about 5 liters
Only if the loading pressure drop is less than 140, otherwise everything is okay.

Have you filled out your tax form?

The pressure sensor is located in the 1Z control unit!

The device that is inside the long pipe is the LD TEMP sensor.

How did you measure the 0.4 bar?

0.6 bar is also too low for a 1-cylinder engine under full load.

hello martin
no, don't open the control panel
the issue with the coolant hose from the radiator
yes, the pressure is increasing to 0.6, wants to go higher, and then suddenly the pressure drops.
then I'll just briefly take my foot off the gas, and then put it back on, and the car will start moving again
until I regain my speed and the pressure suddenly disappears again
Can it be connected with the 10 cent plug and cable?
but it is turned off
Should I take out the 10 cent coins and remove them, then drive normally again?
because I'm really angry at the mill at the moment
could she just light it
aaalles changed and now everything is broken, really bad.

Hi Chris

have I understood correctly that your boost pressure NEVER exceeds 0.6 bar?

Then the N75 (the load pressure control valve) is faulty -> see systematic troubleshooting.

0.6 bar is actually the unpressurized pressure of the 1Z.

Normal is 0.9 bar

How this can fall to 0.4, I'm surprised - maybe emergency mode.

Your next steps:

- 10 cents off (so that we can test the original condition)
- Print nozzles (to check the small, colorful ones)
- N75 (costs new 30 EUR) test (control with an LED and function (breathe, should pulse))

If you have completed this, you can get back to me.

PS, I also have a working but somewhat noisy N75 lying around - you can have it.
