Power loss from 2200 RPM... 1.9 TDI PD

Hello! I drive an A4 1.9 TDI PD with 115 horsepower. For some time now, I've noticed a loss of power starting around 2200 RPM. When I turn the engine off and then on again, it runs well again. Today, I had the error codes read, and this is what came up:
Error code -> Motor -> Motor electronics I.
Error code: 17965
LABEL PRINTING
-INTAKE MANIFOLD PRESSURE TOO HIGH
-sporadic error
Has anyone had similar experiences, have any suggestions for solutions, or just a tip about what might be causing this?

ps: I've just installed a new LLM, and that's not the problem.

Have you checked for any leaks, or if a hose might be faulty?
