'There's always a 'diesel-wet' area around two adjacent fuel injectors, which is why my car always smells like diesel after a drive. I've already checked the fuel lines for leaks, but that's not the problem. No fuel leaks when the engine is idling. Does anyone else experience this issue with this engine? Are the fuel injectors defective?'

Is the retaining nut loose? Is the sealing surface of the pressure line misaligned with the nozzle and damaged by tightening?
Regards.
