Central Locking VW Golf 4

Hello.
Has anyone ever converted a ventilation system from one without a remote control to one with a remote control?
I have unit 1J0 959 799Q with code 04097.
What needs to be changed?
I compared my car with a Passat 4, model year 1998, on Saturday.
It had the part number 1J0 959 799 J with the coding 04097.
Reason: When I purchased my car, only one of them was missing the remote control.

It would be the easiest solution to simply add a remote control system! This means you buy a receiver module with two corresponding remote controls and install them. Whether or not it includes turn signal control is a matter of price! You can get a module without turn signal control for around 50 euros! If you want a flip-key remote control, you will have to invest about 150 euros! You might find something like that on eBay! I recently saw something similar there! The installation is actually quite simple and should be easily done in 2 hours! If I can help you with wiring diagrams and cable colors, just let me know by email.
