'After my Passat TDI (AVF, 130 hp) has become noticeably sluggish and lost power, and the service technicians at two workshops could only say 'all measured values are within the normal range... everything is fine!', I now want to replace the mass airflow sensor (MAF sensor) with the Pierburg MAF sensor that is now approved, and I'm hoping this will fix the problem!'
Unfortunately, you can't remove the old mass airflow sensor with a standard T20 Torx screw; you need a special VW part that looks like a 5-pointed star with a hole in the middle... I'm not even sure what to call it.
It's not available locally from any tool specialty retailers.
Where can I get this bit or socket? Ideally, at the lowest possible price? And what size is it?

Thank you all in advance for your help!
If you want the cheapest option: simply grip the edge with pliers. If it's loose, use a small screwdriver to insert it between the shaft and the hexagonal part and twist it all the way out. Assembly is in the reverse order.
