After a long period of searching, I finally found the solution to my problem here.
Ich fahre einen G3 TDi 1Z, welcher natürlich das übliche pProblem des 'RUCKELNS' mit sich bringt. Dank der Anleitung 'Zerlegen des Mengenstellwerks' auf dieser Seite, bin ich seit ziemlich genau 2 Stunden RUCKELFREI........ JA endlich ...... DThank you, thank you, thank you.

How many kilometers has the pump been used, or how old is it?

210,000 km and manufactured in 1994 (unless it has already been replaced).

I'm very happy to hear that! I also experience the jerky behavior below 2000 RPM.
Volkswagen Golf 3 from 1994 with 276,000 km.
Where can I find this guide?
