Hello!

I borrowed another Pierburg mass airflow sensor and logged the results (see the Excel or OpenOffice file). The Excel file was also created using OOO, and I cannot guarantee its accuracy (I don't have Windows here).

The values that the LMM (likely referring to a mass airflow meter) is providing are terrible, that's clear. But what I've noticed is that my desired airflow reading rarely exceeds 60, while according to the specification table, it should be 65-70 - which is also what I've seen in other logs here (they're usually around 69). Could this be due to the automatic transmission? The Drehmo limit seems to be "normal" again...

By the way: The value for the smoke limit in the target data table is incorrect, but Roger has already noticed that.

Regards,
Peter.

"Special drives" can sometimes cause certain vehicle components to behave differently than usual.
Call a tow truck and have them bring a vehicle with a manual transmission. If it reaches 100% when running at full speed, it's most likely okay.

Which MSG (Message Security Gateway) did you install? (The last two letters are important.)

In the log file, it shows that the accelerator pedal reached 100% multiple times.

The engine control unit is a 038 906 019 HJ - this is also indicated in the log icon_smile.gif.

It shouldn't be. What kind of error message did you get? A 404?

Okay, then everything is fine.

Thank you!
