Window Repair Malfunction After GPS Installation

Hello, I installed the RNS2 navigation system in my T5 today.
Everything went perfectly.
I just had one window open before disconnecting the battery.
Now, the automatic up-and-down function for the windows is no longer working.
I once had a similar issue with my Golf IV. All I had to do was roll up the window, disconnect the battery, wait a moment, and then reconnect it, and everything was fine.
It doesn't work like that with the T5 Multivan.

I need help.

Perhaps this will help:
Run each window up and down to its limit once, and hold each corresponding switch in place for approximately 1 second after it reaches the limit, allowing the window motor to find its end position (pinch protection).

The power windows need to be reprogrammed.

Hold the driver's door key in the "lock" position until all windows are fully closed.
Then, I'll keep the opening in the "open" position until the windows are fully open.
It resets the power windows.
