The auxiliary heater is not starting via the remote control.
Cause:
Due to a processor error in the control panel module, the signal from the radio receiver of the auxiliary heater is not being transmitted, and the auxiliary heater does not start. For approximately 5 seconds, the flame symbol for the auxiliary heater appears on the control panel module and then disappears.
solution:
Check if the power-on signal from the remote control of the auxiliary heater is present at pin 1 of the radio receiver and also at pin T32 C 20 of the control panel module.
If this signal is not present, check the handheld transmitter, radio receiver, and antenna cables, and if necessary, repair or replace any defective components.
If the problem lies within the control panel unit and the heating only starts with instant heating or via the timer function, then refrain from further repair attempts. Tschüss
