WFS Setup: How to Configure and Use

WFS (Water Flow Sensor) for a Seat Toledo 1.9 TDI, engine code: AHF, manufactured in August 1999.

Pairing is not working! The WFS is integrated into the control panel.

I proceeded as follows: 17 combination instrument - 11. The login with the number 0453 is not working! Am I perhaps doing something wrong?

The transponder identification number is SEZZZ0X0095975. The login should be 0453, but I'm not sure if that's the correct login. *thinking*

I obtained the key through the Seat dealer using the vehicle's chassis number, because the two keys were lost .

Friendly mechanic wants €60 to help me get started. However, I would first have to load the entire car onto a trailer and transport it, which seems too complicated for me.

Unfortunately, I can't find any instructions on how to pair the WFS (Wireless Front System) with a Seat Toledo.

This is a WFS of the second generation, so why should PIN 1 be valid? I can understand that with the newest WFS! Login is not the same as PIN.

There's something wrong with what you're saying. The fax retrieval for the login code is still possible. It comes as a 7-digit code and is entered with the WSC and importer number, or it can be converted to a 4-digit code. The 7-digit code is actually only valid on the day it is requested; with VAG-Com, it can always be retrieved by specifying the date.


@ T3 Surfer, what does the dashboard say about the WFS (Web Firewall Service) when logging in? Are there any lockout times?

"Glow plug" and "key symbol" are blinking! When entering the login with a VAG tester, it returns an error code 1551. I can only access it again by turning the ignition on and off, but when I try again, it goes back to the beginning. The request for the transponder code identification from Seat is 4 digits! } The error on the MSTG is "control unit locked," and the WFS shows "incorrect key."

It's resolved; my mistake was using the wrong login credentials, and I didn't realize that a "0" had to be included before the login number.
