I finished the whole thing today. I still had to put the front of the car in service mode because I also needed to replace the ribbed belt. The viscous fan was a bit of a problem when removing it because the Allen screw (8mm) was very tight. I made my own wrench to hold it in place. How do you guys hold the disc on the viscous fan? I removed and reattached the freewheel using an impact driver, since I didn't have the special tool that allows tightening with torque control. Everything went perfectly well.
