Good morning everyone.

Also also Bremsleitungen wieder zusammen, Bremsflüssigkeit wieder aufgefüllt und knapp 2 Stunden an allen Seiten entlüftet. Hat Has anyone else ever experienced the same problem?

Best regards and thank you for the answers.
Dirk.

I highly doubt that. I suspect there might be a problem with the connector for the ABS sensors, or perhaps there isn't enough fluid in the reservoir, or the connector isn't properly connected. It would be best to have the error codes read; then you won't have to search for so long.

I'll have the error codes read later. Before that, I'll check the connectors again, and your tip about the container is good; maybe the float is stuck. But doesn't the handbrake light come on when there's too little brake fluid? Also, what happens if there's a connection issue to the sensor (e.g., the connector is unplugged)? Then you get an ABS error message because the system can't find the sensor. Does the light go off when you plug the connector back in, or do you always have to have the fault memory cleared?

If everything is okay, the light will turn off after starting, but the error might still be stored in the system's memory, even though the light isn't illuminated.

Hi, it seems the problem has resolved itself. I drove out of the garage (to read the error codes), braked a few times, and then the light went off?

greetings
Dirk.
