Good day to everyone,
after the filling of the... The weather didn't help - it's still not working.
I am now trying to find the fault myself. In the process, I noticed a temperature switch located on the driver's side, directly behind the radiator grille.
Furthermore, I noticed some kind of sensor on the passenger side, behind the bumper (above the horn). Can anyone tell me what these sensors are for? And which sensors are crucial for the operation of the climate control system, and where are they located?
Right now, it's getting a little warm in the car.
Thank you very much.

Hi,
I have no idea what you found. If the switch is located in the engine cooling system, it definitely has nothing to do with the air conditioning.
A pressure switch is usually located in the pipe between the compressor and the evaporator. This prevents the air conditioning from operating when the fluid level is too low.
This switch also causes an error message to appear in my climate control system. I can't say off the top of my head whether "sufficient pressure" refers to a closed or an open pressure switch.
Best regards, Rainer.

Hi, This should be the external temperature sensor. Gruß Bertil

Hello Rainer and Bertil,
Thank you for your responses.
According to. Figure out the wiring diagram and determine that the problem is with the pressure switch.
I suspect the coolant is low again; I'll check it tomorrow.
Check with the filling station again to confirm if they really...
Coolant was missing.
Regards,
Mike.

Hi Mike,
If the coolant is disappearing, there must be a leak somewhere. When filling the system, include a tracer dye that can be used with a black light to easily locate any leak points. Gruß Bertil
