LMM Failure: Troubleshooting & Repair Guide

Hello! Can anyone tell me where I can find the information using VAG-COM to see if my mass airflow sensor (MAF) is still functioning correctly?
I've had the impression for a few weeks now that my ARL (presumably referring to a specific system or device) seems to be weakening.
Is there a material data sheet (MDS) available for the LMM? Thank you in advance!

MWB 3 provides the target and actual values, and indicates whether the actual values are still within acceptable limits.
You can find out if something is good enough in the MWB 8.
