Tire Tracks on Concrete: How Tires Leave Marks

Hi,
Our Polo started making a noise while simply maneuvering in the parking lot on the paved surface.
Tire tracks are clearly visible on the concrete in the courtyard.
He didn't do that before, and now it's happening less frequently.
The problem mainly affects the two front tires (with the left tire being more affected).
"Approximately" at the same time, a strange smell (a mixture of cheap...)
Plastic bag / hot plastic and green soap ), which appeared mainly on the front, left side.
It seems to decrease and then gradually diminishes towards the engine.

Has anyone ever observed something like this before, or have any ideas about it?

Completely misaligned tracking?

Here in our company parking lot, you can see a lot of tire marks, but (in my opinion, it's clear that) everything is so tight that drivers have to make full stops and maneuvers to get into their parking spaces.

However, it also occurred in wide curves.
My suspicion is that she drove over something that caused the tires to detach.

Did Martina perhaps pass by while asphalt work was being done?

It's possible that the tire isn't actually touching the road, but rather that some adhesive layer (is that what it's called?) is stuck between the tread blocks. This is the layer that's sprayed between two layers of asphalt. However, to my nose, it smells more like a mixture of bitumen and plastic.

I'm not familiar with a "soap" smell coming from a vehicle being related to any problems.

Another thought: The CV joint boot is broken, and grease is spraying out onto the rim and the tire.
