VCDS License Status: Check & Information

Hello everyone,

I would like to discuss my problem with the landlord or property manager.

I have no problems with my old computer (running XP...).
Now with a new laptop (Windows 7) and installation of VCDS version 11.11.5.
I'm completely unable to get a usable license status.
I always just get: "not registered/unauthorized"?

In Settings => Test => Save, everything appears to be fine.
I do have access to the vehicle, but I'm having trouble with the engine and "adjustments."
Not further.

I suspect it's something very simple, but I'm somehow stuck.

Help!

Which one? Something from the web or from the customer account in the online shop?

It, of course, only works with the hardware from the "dieselschrauber Shop".

I purchased the 11.11.5 from this shop.
I've deleted the CD from your delivery again.
It was installed (version 10.06.3), and that made the license valid, which is great!
After that, I connected to the internet, and the message "This version is outdated" appeared.
I performed the update to version 11.11.5 and everything is working fine.

I'm really embarrassed to say this, but:
Something was amiss, but now it's working as expected.
