VCDS-RKS: Version 11.11.2 Update & Features

For those who haven't noticed yet: There is a new software release from VCDS available in the customer account section of the shop.

The diagnostic log (auto-scan) now indicates whether a label file is assigned to a subsystem." "New feature: Additional display of more information regarding the initial setup. During the initial setup process, additional information about the steps involved and/or prerequisites will now be displayed." Revised error code display: The presentation now varies depending on the communication protocol, making it significantly more informative, especially for new protocols/ECUs. Additionally, users can now choose whether to read the fault memory in "normal" or "aggressive" mode. Improvement: Airbag coding assistant revised. Improvement: LCode revised. Thanks to Niels Ezerman. Improvement: CAN TP 2.0 connection establishment has been revised and stabilized. Improvement: Measurement display corrected for some newer Audi radios. Improvement: Expanded display of subsystems during the vehicle scan. Numerous further corrections and improvements. Error code list revised and expanded (now includes over 17,400 error codes). ECU documentation (label files and ODX/ASAM data specification) expanded/updated.

KDataScope has been updated and now supports even more corrupted CSV files, utilizes screen space more efficiently, and includes a basic 3D visualization feature.
The previous add-on programs such as KPower, KPerformance, and KFuel are, of course, still included.
VCScope was modified by Eric Maurier to handle measurement blocks greater than 255, and I have incorporated those changes.

There is a bugfix release 11.11.2 that fixes issues with the "Customization" function.

I've bolded the parts that refer to sections 11.11.1 and 11.11.2.
I had already wondered why, in version .2, everything that came in version .1 should be considered new again .

I also experienced the exact same problem with my brand new ASUS laptop. When I called my distributor, he immediately and without even considering it, claimed that my laptop must be defective. When I told him that the laptop was brand new, he said again that it didn't matter, that it was defective.
And all of this is happening over the phone, which is interesting because all other applications and USB devices work perfectly fine on the laptop, but only VCDS and the diagnostic dongle seem to be causing problems, and apparently this is a known issue.
I have the latest update, but unfortunately, the problem still persists. Please help me resolve this. Thank you.
