Hello.
I'm having problems with a 90hp TDI engine (model 1Z) in a Passat 35P (mileage: 220,000 km).
"Up to 100 km/h, there are no performance issues other than a bit more smoke than usual (in 2nd or 3rd gear)."
Above 100 km/h, almost no acceleration, a lot of smoke, and a maximum speed of 130-140 km/h.
The solenoid valve has already been replaced --> it's a little better, but still only reaches a maximum speed of 130-140 km/h, and there's a lot of smoke!
Consumption has also increased (approximately 1 liter per 100 kilometers).
Can someone please help me?
Thank you.
Markus.

The pipes to and from the turbo are fine, as is the intercooler. Which injectors are being used? Are they still the original ones? One more question: What crankshaft bolt is installed? Is it still the old one with a strength rating of 8.8, or the one with a strength rating of 12.8?
Best regards, WarLord.

Hello.
The problem has been resolved. A boost pressure hose was replaced.
Thank you again!
Markus.
