Label File Redirection Failed

Hello community,

I still have some questions about label files and their redirects.
I am using version 11.11.6, which is the latest version.
For example, during an Autoscan, the engine control unit displays "Redirection failed!".
It is a control unit with the part number "03G 906 016 LP".
In the label file "03-01.lbl", there is a REDIRECT to the label file "03G-906-016-BRB.LBL", which, however, does not exist.
Am I wrong to assume that redirects only exist if the target label file fundamentally also exists, and in my case, it's simply not on the hard drive for some reason?
Is there a label file named "03G-906-016-BRB.LBL"?
If possible, I would like to have them.

No. The latest version is always available for download in the customer account and is version 12.12.0.
