Rear Brake Discs 2.0 TSI Replacement

I want to replace the rear brake discs and pads on my EOS 2.0 TSI, manufactured in 2006.
I've done this many times before with other vehicles, but now I'm facing a small problem.

So far, I have always removed the brake caliper, taken off the pads, and after loosening the M5 screw (?), the brake disc could be relatively easily slid off. I have never had to remove the brake caliper bracket.

The EOS now has brake discs with a diameter of approximately 280mm, which are not easy to remove, so the brake caliper bracket needs to be removed. Now my question: Can the bracket be removed with 2 screws (what size)? Or, to remove the caliper, does the wheel bearing also need to be replaced? Do I actually need new wheel bearings in that case, or can the old ones be reinstalled?

Saddle off, saddle bracket removed, disc out. Put the new one in and reassemble in reverse order .

The is an M12 internal Torx screw, but the washer should be 282mm instead of 280mm.
The brackets should be fastened with M8 screws.

Screw into/onto the washer is an M6 .

The brake caliper bracket should always be removed, as this allows you to verschandeln it better, including the mounting for the stones, using a vise. }
