Hello and happy new year.
The particulate filter in the Audi A4 engine (BPW) had been cleaned by a specialized company. During the installation, a major engine failure was also discovered. A used engine was then installed, along with the cleaned particulate filter. The technician set the ash mass value to "new filter" using a Bosch tester. Immediately after driving a few meters, an error message appeared. I then read the ash mass value using VCDS. It showed a value of 4, and the error message was "P0471 - 000, implausible signal from the exhaust gas pressure sensor (G450)." The sensor had already been replaced for safety. I cleared the error, re-initialized the sensor, and set the ash mass value to 8. Unfortunately, the cleaning protocol was no longer available. The error is no longer appearing, but the Audi is performing a particle filter regeneration every 30 kilometers. Need Help:-).
Best regards, Poppel.

Hello,
First, please provide the vehicle data and a complete error scan so we can identify the vehicle type and model. It depends on the specific details.

- Is it ensured that the filter is "truly" free of ash?
- Is the installed motor the same as the old motor, and is it hardware-wise identical? This includes.
also, for example, the PDs as well.
- Is everything properly wired and routed?

- What are the soot levels and pressure differences? /viewtopic.php?t=25715

Edit:

It would also be interesting to know the offset of the two differential pressure sensors when the ignition is on.

Also, the exhaust gas temperatures before and after the particulate filter.

Okay, here's the data from the error log that I saved earlier.
The engine should be identical to the original engine.
I can't verify whether the filter was truly clean, as the cleaning record is no longer available. "It should be in almost new condition."
I need to figure out the soot loading and pressure differences tomorrow.
Best regards, Poppel.
