Golf 3 Suspension Bushings: Replace Front & Rear

Hello,

I have a Golf 3 AFN (with a plus-sized axle) and have been driving it for about 80,000 km with a sports suspension (KW springs 60/40, Bilstein dampers) and for 25,000 km with a set of 7.5x16 inch wheels with 215 40 R16 tires.
Meanwhile, I'm noticing that the bearings in the suspension are definitely being affected.

Now I'd like to ask if anyone has any experience with replacing bearings.

front:
Trailing arms attached to the body.
Trailing arms on wheel carriers.
rear:
Cross-linked steering axis to body.

The strut mounts have already been replaced.

Is it very complicated to replace the bearings? Are the bearings pressed in?
'How much does a set like that usually cost?'

Hello Markus,

It's all tedious work! To simplify things, I would replace the entire control arms with new ones, including the bearings.
