Climate control motors Audi C4 / BOSCH motor, also later fitted?

I just repaired another Audi C4 climate control actuator. This time, it was the one for the temperature flap, and I'd like to ask if anyone knows whether the BOSCH electric motor (the one with the worm gear on the shaft) was also used in later actuators. Therefore, it is possible that this same engine can be found in other part numbers.

At least in the A4 B5, they were installed; after all, it had the same air conditioning system. Possibly also in the Passat 3C; however, it's possible that they are operated with a different voltage there.

I had to reset it a total of 3 times on my C4.

The actuator motors I've seen online for the A4 B5 are 12V. Passat 3C as well.

So far, I've rebuilt 3 of my actuators. However, I suspect that the collector rings have been worn down over time. Therefore, I would prefer to simply replace them with a set of new electric motors. Perhaps that was the only generation of 7V engines?

I think the 12-volt motors should work fine. They might rotate a little slower, but I can't imagine that the torque would be insufficient.
And yes, I will be selling my AEL... it's difficult for me after almost 16 years of friendship, but these ridiculous zones are popping up like mushrooms.
