HI,

"B 10240" is indicated on all control units with which I have communication.

The parking assist, climate control, and central locking systems are not communicating with me via the K-Line.

So... it seems like the second K-line is "out of order." Because I can't access any of the control units there.
"On the 2003 C5, it's set to 'K2'."
Navigation system, radio, multifunction steering wheel, parking assist, central locking, tire pressure monitoring system, air conditioning, automatic headlight range control.

I will check a few K-Lines tomorrow to see if they are working properly

Update.
After disconnecting the LPG control unit from the K-K line, the diagnosis of the K1 line also works without the engine running, but with the ignition on. However, the K2 management still refuses.
Since the central locking control unit

is already doing whatever it wants (the interior lights sometimes turn on, sometimes not when the door is open, the remote central locking no longer works), it's time to replace it.

I'll report back.

Nothing is working anymore. Neither with the engine running, nor with just the ignition on.
With the new central control unit, at least the interior lighting responds when the unit is queried; it briefly flashes, but the control unit still doesn't provide a response.

I can't access any control units. Not even a motor

Okay, so I just went to Audi/VW... and they also said that it's not on any of the control units in the K2 line. Speaking: We tested the ZV (central ventilation) and climate control systems. "Not available."

Now, I could potentially rewire the K-line from the central locking control unit and connect it directly.
